BHB Glass Systems

The BHB etched glass range

A quieter kind of statement.

Delicate pattern. Beautiful contrast. Etched glass that brings detail and individuality to doors, windows and entrances, etched in-house in Barnsley.

Pattern. Light. Individuality.

A different expression of glass

Let the light reveal the detail.

A satin background and clear decorative detail create a subtle play of light and pattern. Etched glass gives an entrance an elegant finish, whether your taste is richly ornamental or beautifully simple.

Choose from traditional floral compositions, repeating geometric designs and personalised house numbers. Pair a fanlight with coordinating door panels for a considered, cohesive entrance.

We etch in-house, so a bespoke design or a matching replacement is a short conversation rather than a long lead time. Share the look you have in mind and we talk through the design, the sizes and the glass specification for your project.

Choose your expression

From flowing florals to clean geometry.

Ornamental scrolls and floral detail bring a traditional feel. Repeating diamonds and star motifs give a more ordered rhythm, with the pattern carried right across the glass.

For a personal finishing touch, make your house number or name part of the design. Coordinating the fanlight and door panels brings the whole entrance together.

A little more clarity

Your questions, answered.

Can I include my house number?

Yes. Numbers, names and lettering are the most common request. Tell us the number, the approximate glass size and the style you like, and we draw the layout for you to approve.

Can the door panels and fanlight match?

Yes. We etch the fanlight and door panels as a set so borders, motifs and spacing line up across the whole entrance. Send photographs and sizes of the opening and we design them together.

How much privacy does etched glass provide?

The satin areas hide the view while letting daylight through. Anything left clear, such as a number or a border, can be seen through, so tell us how much privacy you need and we balance the design to suit.

What sizes and glass specifications are available?

We etch to your sizes, as a single pane or built into a sealed unit. Tell us where the glass is going and we confirm toughened or laminated glass where safety rules require it, along with the final specification on the quotation.

How do I get a quotation?

Send the brief below, or call the office. We come back with first thoughts, a drawing where one is needed and a price. There is no charge for the first proposal.
